How to get to Tennis Center Novak
from Trg Republike on foot?
If you decide to take a walk from
the city center to the tournament
complex Tennis Center Novak, you can get there in 10
minutes. Take Knez Mihajlova Street
that starts from Trg Republike,
which is pedestrian zone all along
to Kalemegdan. When you reach the
park turn right and take Tadeuša
Košćuška Street to the end and you
will reach the MGM complex.
Parking advice:
Serbia Open advises you to get to
the tournament on foot or by public
transport. Parking near the Tennis
Center Novak (near Nebojsina Kula) has
limited capacity and neighboring
Dorćol is already a place where it’s
hard to find a parking spot.
* Note: You can buy a paper
ticket at kiosks (it costs 40 RSD
and is empty when bought, so you
have to put some money on it; paper
tickets last for 3 months and can
only be refilled with up to 600 RSD;
this is probably the best option for
tourists), or a plastic ticket
(looks like a credit card; it is
valid for 3 years, costs 250 RSD and
is also empty when bought); one ride
is 60 RSD.
Ticket bought from the driver costs
120 RSD. |
